Finishing off the series with a back and bicep workout and also doing a little physique update. This was a great back workout and bicep workout. The entire workout took me about 1 hour and 30 mins but I also had to record and move the camera around. If I did this back and bicep workout without recording I would of finished it in an hour and 15 mins at the max. I hope you all enjoyed this last video and the entire series.
